The project presents itself as a landscape designed specifically for children, with a child-friendly perspective, a place to wander and discover, and a tactile area to explore. The entire project was designed with children's dimensions in mind: while for an adult it represents a passageway, for a child it becomes a room in which to unleash their imagination.

It was designed to stimulate children's imaginations, avoiding imposing predefined play methods, but rather encouraging them to discover all the potential it offers. It presents itself as an intricate labyrinth where children can hide and meet, an adventurous landscape that invites them to explore and climb.

Project Gallery

It was constructed using colored concrete treated with different finishes to provide a tactile and sensorial surface to explore and touch. This makes the play experience more engaging, also stimulating children's sense of touch as they explore the park.

In short, this project aims to create a unique and engaging playground, tailored to the needs of the children of the Vleuten Elementary School, where they can have fun, unleash their creativity, and develop social and motor skills through a stimulating play experience.
